How to import a file for manual sending in InputKit

This article explains the import steps and checks required to ensure a successful send.

InputKit allows you to send surveys in bulk by importing a client file. This feature is useful when your sends are not automated through an integration or connector.

Supported file formats

You can import files in Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV (UTF-8) format.

Tip: The CSV UTF-8 format is recommended to avoid issues with accents or special characters.

Steps to perform a manual send

  1. Go to the Feedback section, then open the Sendings tab.

  2. Click Bulk Send.

  3. Select the sequence you want to send in the survey selection, then click Next.

    Note: For the Language and Location options, leave these fields empty if this information is already included in your file.

  4. Click Choose a file and upload your Excel or CSV file.

  5. Confirm that the fields have been correctly identified (e.g., first name, email, language, professional, etc.).

  6. Choose the desired send date and time by clicking Scheduled for.

Your bulk send is now scheduled !

In case of an error, you can cancel or modify a scheduled send by clicking on the "Scheduled Queue" then Delete or Reschedule.
