Accessing the Sequence Sendings Section
You can access your sendings in two different ways:
From the Dashboard: Click View Sendings in the Quick Actions menu.
From the left-hand menu: Click Feedback to open the Sequence Sendings page.
The Two Manual Sending Methods
1. Send Sequence (Single Client)
To send a sequence to a single client:
Click Send Sequence.
Search for the client if they already exist, or create a new one by filling in the required fields.
You can also fill out optional fields such as organization, employees, departments, or services provided, if you want this data to appear in your InputKit account.
Then, select the following:
Sequence you want to send (survey).
Sequence Language (if the survey is available in multiple languages).
Send Method: Email only, SMS only, or both.
Location (office or branch).
Once everything is set, click Send Sequence to complete the process.
2. Mass Send (Multiple Clients)
This is the most commonly used method when sending surveys to multiple clients at once.
Click Mass Send.
Choose the Sequence you wish to send.
Import the CSV file containing your clients.
Verify that all column mappings (name, email, phone, etc.) are correct.
Schedule and confirm the sending.
