Connecting Facebook to InputKit allows you to analyze your Facebook reviews directly from the platform. Once the integration is enabled, your Facebook reviews are synchronized in InputKit.
Access integrations
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Integrations”.
You will then see the list of your active integrations.
Add the Facebook integration
Click “Add an integration”.
Select “Facebook”.
Set up the Facebook page
Enter your Facebook page name or paste the full URL of your page’s reviews tab.
Click “Save”.
The synchronization will happen immediately, then continue daily.
