Access Notification Settings
To access your notifications:
Click your name in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
In the first section labeled Account & Company Settings, click Notifications.
Browser Notifications
In the Browser Notifications section, you can enable alerts directly in your browser—even when the InputKit app isn’t active.
Enable the Enable Browser Notifications toggle to receive these alerts.
If permissions have not yet been granted, click Request Permission to authorize InputKit to send browser notifications.
New Reviews
In-App Notifications: Turn this on to receive alerts within the app’s notification center and bell icon.
Email Notifications: This feature will be available soon.
Dissatisfied Customers
Email Notifications: Receive email alerts when customers express dissatisfaction.
In-App Notifications: Get notified instantly within the notification center. You can also select which surveys trigger these alerts.
Sequence Responses
In-App Notifications: Be alerted when a customer completes a sequence. You can choose specific sequences to monitor or deselect all.
Email Notifications: This option will also be available soon.
By customizing these settings, you can manage how and where you receive important updates, ensuring a faster and more effective follow-up with your customers.
