Several options can be customized within a sequence, such as the number of reminders sent to your clients and the interval between sendings.
This article explains which settings you can modify and how to do it.
How to access a sequence’s settings
To access a sequence’s settings:
Click Feedback in the left-hand menu.
Select the Sequences tab.
Choose the sequence you wish to edit.
After selecting the sequence, click on the Settings tab on the far right.
How to change the display mode of the sequence
The Display Mode setting allows you to choose how the questions will appear to respondents during the survey.
Two modes are available:
One Question at a Time: Displays questions one by one with progressive navigation. This mode encourages higher completion rates — ideal for longer surveys.
All Questions on One Page: Displays all questions at once. This mode allows faster completion — ideal for short surveys.
To change the display mode, open the Settings tab of your sequence, then select your preferred option.
How to enable reminders
Reminders automatically resend a sequence to a client who hasn’t completed the first one, two days after the initial sending.
To activate reminders, simply toggle the option within the sequence’s settings.

How to edit intervals
The interval settings are located just below the reminder settings.
The first interval defines the delay between sending two different sequences to the same client (e.g., Sequence #1 and Sequence #2).
The second interval defines the delay between sending all sequences to the same client, including the same sequence again.
To modify an interval, open the dropdown menu and select the desired time period.

How to modify languages
The language settings for your sequences are found below the interval options.
Here, you can change the default language of your surveys and add additional supported languages.
To add a new language, click Add a Language. You will also be offered the option to automatically translate all existing texts.
