“Account Settings” lets you manage your account information and the personal details used in AI-generated replies. These preferences apply to Google review replies and other AI reply features.
Access Account Settings
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Select “Settings”.
In the “Profile & Company Settings” section, click “Profile”.
Note: On the “Account Settings” page, you can find sections such as “Profile Information”, “Security & Authentication”, and AI-related preferences (for example, “Learn from previous responses” and “Signature”).
Update account information
Update your display name
In the “Profile Information” section, find the “Full Name” field.
Update the field value.
Click “Update Name”.
Security & Authentication
Change your password
In the “Security & Authentication” section, find “Change Password”.
Fill in “Current Password”, “New Password”, and “Confirm Password”.
Save your change using the “Change Password” button (if shown on your screen).
