AI Google reply settings

AI reply settings let you configure the tone and personal information included in AI-generated replies. These preferences apply only to Google review replies.

Access AI reply settings

  1. Click “Reviews” in the left menu.

  2. Click “Google”.

  3. Click the “AI Reply Settings” button.

Enable or disable learning

The “Learn from previous responses” setting allows the AI to use your previously published replies to align with your style.

When this option is enabled, the AI can follow the tone and structure of your previous replies.

When this option is disabled, the AI uses standard instructions only.

Attention: If your business uses different reply styles depending on the situation, it is better to keep this option disabled to avoid mixing different styles.

Set the contact method for dissatisfied customers

  1. Find “Dissatisfied customer contact type”.

  2. Select the contact method you want, such as email or phone.

  3. Fill in “Dissatisfied customer contact details” with the information you want to display in replies.

This allows the AI to tell the customer how to reach you when follow-up is needed.

Add a signature

  1. Find the “Signature” field.

  2. Enter the signature you want to add at the end of replies.

Note: The mention “Duplicates are avoided” means the platform tries to avoid repeating a signature that is already present in a reply.

Add context to the AI

  1. Find the “Additional context for AI” field.

  2. Add the information you want the AI to take into account in its replies.

For example, you can include:

  • context about your services

  • your policies

  • your warranties

  • your certifications

  • any details you want reflected in replies

Automatically generate context with AI

In the “Additional context for AI” section, you can click the “Generate with AI” button.

This option automatically pulls relevant context from your business website to help you fill out this section more quickly.

Tip: Even after the context is generated automatically, take time to review it to make sure it matches your business and your usual tone.

Save your changes

To apply your changes, click “Save”.
