Can a notification be assigned to multiple users?

Yes. Multiple users can receive the same notifications in InputKit. Notifications are managed individually for each user, based on their own settings.

For a user to receive a notification, they must first enable it in their settings.

How a user can enable notifications

  1. Click their name in the top-right corner of the platform.

  2. Go to “Settings”.

  3. Open the “Notifications” section.

  4. Enable the notifications they want, for example:

    • “New online reviews”

    • “Satisfied / dissatisfied customers”

    • “New sequence responses”

If multiple users enable the same notification types, they will all receive those alerts.

Best practices

It is recommended to enable notifications based on the user’s role. For example:

  • For a review manager, enabling “New online reviews” is relevant.

  • For a customer satisfaction manager, enabling notifications related to satisfied or dissatisfied customers can be useful.

This ensures the right people receive the right information without overwhelming other users.
