An SMS pack equals 350 SMS per month. When this limit is reached, sends will be sent by email only until the next monthly renewal.
Check your SMS limit
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Billing”.
Scroll down to the “Options” section.
There, you will see:
The number of SMS packs on your account
Your monthly SMS usage
Increase the SMS limit
In the “Options” section, click “Increase”.
Set the quantity you want (the number of 350 SMS/month packs).
Save your changes.
Note: You will be billed pro-rated for the remaining period.
