SMS Sendings

You can send a sequence by SMS. SMS sendings can have a significant impact on response rate, since customers typically receive far more emails than SMS messages. Using SMS can help improve your response rate depending on your context.

How does it work?

Automated sendings:

If your sendings are automated through an integration and the customer’s mobile number is saved in their record in the appropriate field, the survey can be sent by SMS. This happens automatically, based on your sending strategy.

If a customer does not have an email address on file but has a mobile number, the send will be sent by SMS.

Manual sendings:

For a single send (to one person), you must manually enter the customer’s mobile number in InputKit.

For a bulk send, your CSV file must include a column containing your customers’ mobile numbers.

If a customer does not have a phone number on file but has an email address, the send will be sent by email.
