Automatically redirect to Google after completing a questionnaire

This option lets you automatically redirect a customer to your Google review page as soon as they complete a sequence questionnaire. It reduces the number of actions required from the customer and can make it easier for them to leave a Google review.

Why enable automatic redirection

By default, when a customer completes the questionnaire, they see a thank-you message and the “Leave a Google review” button, which they must click to be redirected to Google. When automatic redirection is enabled, the customer is sent directly to the Google review page after submitting the questionnaire.

This helps to:

  • remove one click from the process

  • simplify the customer journey

  • increase the chances that a satisfied customer leaves a Google review

Enable automatic redirection

  1. Click “Feedback” in the left menu, then click “Sequences”.

  2. Select the sequence you want to edit.

  3. Click the “Reviews” tab.

  4. Scroll down.

  5. Check the option “Open Google review page directly after submit”.

Good to know

Note: This option is not enabled by default.

Attention: This redirection applies to customers who reach the Google review step in the sequence.
