Create your InputKit account
Open the signup page: https://app2.inputkit.io/auth/signup?lang=en
Create your account by signing in with Google or Microsoft.
If you want to use a different email address, click “Sign up with email”.
Enter your business information
Enter your business name.
Select your business sector (industry).
Select the software you use (for example, invoicing, appointment booking, human resources, customer management).
Note: This helps identify potential integrations so you can automate sequence sendings, if you choose to enable them.
Connect Google Business Profile (Google reviews)
To connect Google reviews, you need to connect the Google account that manages your “Google My Business” page.
Connect the relevant Google account.
If you have multiple pages, select the main one and click “Continue”.
This step allows you to analyze your reviews, reply to them, and generate Google reviews.
If you don't have a Google Business Profile page, you can create one via Google's official procedure:
You can also click “Skip for now” if you want to connect reviews later.
Start the free trial and access the dashboard
Once your Google Business locations are successfully linked:

Click “Go to dashboard” to access the platform.

After you access the dashboard, you will see the required tutorial steps. Completing these steps may add extra free trial days.

Customize your sequences
Sequences are satisfaction surveys sent to your customers. Based on responses:
If the customer is satisfied, they can be redirected to Google.
If the customer is dissatisfied, they are not redirected and you receive an alert to follow up.
Click on Step 2 to access the Sequences section, you will see common sequences used in your industry.
Click the sequence you want to use first.

Survey questions
Google review message
Sequence settings
Tip: Use the preview on the right to enter your email address and send yourself a test so you can review the sequence.
