How to generate a QR code for a sequence

Written by Guillaume

By generating a QR code for your sequences, you allow your clients to easily respond to your satisfaction survey directly from their phone, while they are on site. This method is ideal for displaying the QR code in your establishment, on a counter, printed invoice, poster, or any other physical material.

When a client scans the QR code, they are automatically redirected to your sequence introduction page, where they can start the questionnaire and share their feedback. This allows you to collect feedback on demand without sending the sequence manually.

Access QR code generation

Follow these steps to generate a QR code:

  1. In the left menu, click Feedback

  2. Click Sequences

  3. Select the desired sequence

  4. Click the Sending methods tab

  5. Click Link and QR code

The QR code associated with your sequence will appear on the screen.

Configure the QR code

The QR code updates automatically based on the options you enable in this section. For example, you can configure:

  • Location

  • Employee

  • Language

  • Service

  • Department

  • Contact type (email or phone)

These parameters allow you to better organize and segment the responses you receive.

Download the QR code

Once your configuration is complete:

  1. Choose the image size from the dropdown list (in pixels)

  2. Click Download PNG

The file will be saved to your computer and ready to use.

Where to use your QR code

Here are some examples of how you can use it:

  • Displayed at your front desk

  • On a payment counter

  • On a printed invoice

  • On a poster in your establishment

  • On a business card

  • Or on any other physical material

This allows your clients to leave feedback quickly while their experience is still fresh.

Summary

The QR code allows you to:

  • Collect feedback directly on site

  • Make it easier for clients to access your surveys

  • Increase your response volume

  • Offer a simple and fast method for your clients
