New InputKit Chrome Extension: Connect Your Appointment Software More Easily

Written by Guillaume

InputKit is launching a new Chrome extension designed to simplify the connection between your management software and your InputKit account.

This new feature allows more businesses and clinics to automate the sending of satisfaction surveys, Google review requests, and other sequences after an appointment.

Currently Supported Software

The extension currently works with:

  • Omnimed

  • GoRendezVous

  • Plannit

  • Jane

  • Fresha

  • Myle

How the Connection Works

The extension works directly in the Google Chrome browser.

Once installed and connected to your InputKit account using your API key, it can recognize the supported software open in your browser and synchronize appointments with your account.

For the extension to continue working, your session in the management software must remain active in Google Chrome.

Synchronization occurs automatically every 15 minutes.

In InputKit, you can then choose:

  • the sequence to send;

  • the appointment status that triggers the sending;

  • the delay before the sending;

  • the locations or appointments concerned, depending on the options available for the integration.

No Changes to the Way You Work

You can continue using your usual software. The extension simply sends the necessary information to InputKit to automate your sendings.
