Every Monday, the AI Coach can also recommend a Tip of the Week based on your business’s current challenges. This recommendation helps you identify a concrete action to prioritize in order to improve your customer experience.

Every Monday, the AI Coach analyzes your business’s situation and highlights a tip tailored to your current challenges.

Managers are also notified when a new Tip of the Week is available.

To receive the tips recommended by the AI Coach each week, you must have access to the AI Coach module.

If it is not yet activated on your account:

Click “Discover the module” at the top of the page.

Follow the steps displayed to get access to the AI Coach.

Once the module is activated, the AI Coach will be able to recommend a tip each week based on your business’s results and current challenges.
