The Monthly Report is generated automatically at the end of each month. It provides an overview of your customer experience, the results achieved, and the areas that require your attention.
As with the Weekly Summary, you can change the displayed period to review reports from previous months and compare how your results have evolved.
Access the Monthly Report
You can access the Monthly Report in three ways:
Click “Summaries” in the left menu, then click “Monthly Report”.
Open it from the “Quick Actions” menu.
Open it from a notification in the platform, if notifications are enabled.
Change the displayed month
In the Monthly Report, click the displayed period to select the month you want to review.
This option allows you to return to previous reports and compare results from one month to another.
What the Monthly Report includes
Core Metrics
This section presents the main performance indicators related to your customer experience for the selected month.
It allows you to quickly review your business’s overall performance and how your results have evolved.
Priority Actions
This section highlights the situations and results that should be addressed as a priority during the month.
It helps you identify important issues without having to review each report separately.
Online review performance
This section presents the performance of your online reviews during the month.
It allows you to track changes in your reviews, your rating, and the results related to your review acquisition strategy.
Location performance
If your account includes multiple locations, the report compares their performance.
You can identify:
locations with the best results
locations with lower results
performance differences between your locations
Volume of surveyed customers
This section shows the number of customers who received sequences during the month.
It helps you put your results into context based on the number of customers contacted and the number of responses received.
CX Diagnosis
The CX Diagnosis analyzes your business data to summarize what happened with customer satisfaction during the month.
It helps you understand:
changes observed in your results
possible reasons behind these changes
situations that require your attention
actions to take next
This analysis is based on the data available in your InputKit account.
Comparing themes with previous months
The Monthly Report allows you to compare the main detected themes with those from previous months.
This comparison helps you determine whether certain topics:
are appearing more frequently
are improving
are declining
remain stable
This allows you to track changes in the concerns and positive feedback expressed by your customers.
Causal hypotheses
The “Causal Hypotheses” section presents possible causes that may explain the observed results.
Each hypothesis includes a confidence level to help you evaluate its relevance.
Note: These hypotheses are intended as analysis leads. They should be interpreted based on your knowledge of your business and operational context.
Weekly Action Plan
The action plan presents the priority actions to complete in the short term.
Based on the analyzed data, it may specify:
the action to complete
the person or team responsible
the proposed deadline
This section helps you turn the report’s findings into concrete follow-ups.
Recommended Actions
The “Recommended Actions” section presents practical steps you can take to address the identified issues.
Each recommendation may include:
the proposed action
the person responsible
the deadline
the expected impact
These recommendations provide a starting point for organizing your priorities and preparing your next improvement initiatives.
NPS and response volume trends
The report shows how NPS and response volume changed from week to week during the selected month.
This view helps you identify:
changes in NPS
periods when more or fewer responses were received
changes that occurred during the month
Enable Monthly Report notifications
To enable notifications:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Settings”.
Go to the notification settings.
Scroll down to “Monthly Report”.
Enable the notifications you want:
in-platform notifications
email notifications
Tip: Enable email notifications to automatically receive the report and stay informed about what happened during the month.
