The Weekly Summary is a report generated automatically at the end of each week. It gives you a quick overview of what happened in your InputKit account, the items to watch, and the priorities to address.
What the Weekly Summary is for
The Weekly Summary helps you review the week quickly without having to open several separate reports. It brings together the main indicators, important comments, and the items that require your attention.
How to access the Weekly Summary
You can access Weekly Summaries:
from the “Quick actions” menu
from notifications, if they are enabled
You can also click on the period shown in the summary to access reports from previous weeks.
What the Weekly Summary includes
Priority actions
This section highlights the items that require your immediate attention, for example:
dissatisfied customers
negative reviews
Core metrics
This section includes the key performance indicators for the period, for example:
customer satisfaction
net promoter score
your Google rating
Engagement
This section shows response and interaction metrics.
Performance
This section includes activity and productivity metrics, for example:
handling time
detailed comments received
new customer reviews
Response distribution
This section shows how responses are distributed across the days of the week.
Comment summary
If your AI limit has not been reached, the Weekly Summary includes an AI analysis of customer feedback from the week.

Featured comments
This section highlights notable customer comments received during the period.
Best Employees and Employees to Improve
This section shows the employees with the best performance, as well as those who require attention.
Your best locations
This section shows the locations with the highest satisfaction during the period.
Your locations to improve
This section highlights the locations with lower satisfaction scores.
Weekly Summary notifications
To enable Weekly Summary notifications:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Settings”.
Go to the notification settings.
Scroll down to “Weekly Report”.
Enable the notifications you want:
in-platform notifications
email notifications
Tip: We recommend enabling email notifications so you can stay informed about what happened during the week.
