When you log in, you’ll land on the Dashboard.
This is where you can view an overview of your company’s key performance indicators:

Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Executive Report, a short summary highlighting the overall trend of your results
Recent responses from your customers
Scrolling down, you’ll also find:
Your sequence response rate
Your average Google rating
Your recent activity
The Quick Actions menu allows you to instantly access:

Notifications and Account Settings
In the top-right corner of your screen:
Click the bell icon to view your notifications (unread updates, surveys, or system messages).
Click on your name or company name to open your account menu, where you can access:

User Management

Navigation Menu (left side of the screen)
You can navigate the platform using the menu on the left (Feedback, Reviews, Reports).
To expand or collapse it, click on the icon at the top left corner of the screen.
Feedback
This section allows you to manage all customer responses and feedback.
It contains three tabs:
Responses: View, analyze, and manage customer feedback and sequence responses.
Sendings: Track, manage, and analyze sequence distribution and delivery.
Sequences: Create, customize, and manage customer feedback sequences.
Reviews
Monitor, manage, and respond to your online reviews from all platforms (such as Google).
Here, you can see your average rating, response rate, and use AI-generated replies to save time.
Reports
Analyze and track performance metrics across your organization.
You can evaluate your employees, filter by date or location, and export data in PDF or CSV format for sharing or recordkeeping.
