When is this step required?

You need to complete this association if:

  • Your business has more than one branch, clinic, or location

  • Multiple Google Business Profile locations are linked to the same Google account

  • You want InputKit to automatically redirect customers to the correct location when they leave a review

Why link the correct locations?

Correctly linking your InputKit locations to your Google Business Profile locations allows you to

  • Display Google reviews in the correct location

  • Avoid synchronization errors

  • Ensure accurate reputation management by location

  • Obtain reliable, location-specific reports

Steps to link an InputKit location to a Google Business Profile location

1️⃣ Access the integrations management page

Click on your name in the top-right corner, then click Integrations.

2️⃣ Access your Google integration settings

Scroll down to the Third-party integrations section, then click the Configure button next to the Google integration.

3️⃣ Identify the locations to link

In the Location mapping section, click the Edit button. You will then be able to select the corresponding Google Business Profile location for each InputKit location.

Be sure to save the mappings once you are finished.
