Why you need access to your Google page
To manage reviews in InputKit, you need to connect your Google account in the platform so you can reply to reviews, view trends, and track changes in your Google rating.
If you do not have access to your Google Business page, you must request access. The steps below explain how to do this.
How to access Google page management
Search on Google for your business name to open your business profile.
Click “Own this business?” in the profile.
You will be redirected to a page. Before requesting access, check whether the partially shown email address associated with the Google Business account looks familiar. If it does, sign in with that email address to manage the page.
If you do not recognize the displayed email address, click “Request access”.
To request access, you must share your information with the current owner. Enter your details and click “Submit”.
You will see a confirmation message indicating that your management request was sent.
Once the request is accepted, you will receive an email confirming that you can now manage the page.
If you do not receive a response after 3 days, repeat the steps to return to the request flow and complete the verification process to confirm your affiliation with the business and access the profile.
