Company Settings

Written by Guillaume

The Company Settings allow you to configure the essential information of your organization and personalize how your brand appears in InputKit. These options also influence how your sequences are sent and how your reports compare your results to similar businesses.

How to access the Company Settings

  1. Click your name in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Account & Company Settings, click Company.

You will then be able to adjust the following settings:

Company Name

This is the name that will appear in your dashboard, reports, and most content generated by InputKit.

Industry

The industry you select allows InputKit to automatically compare your indicators (CSAT, NPS, Response Rate, etc.) to benchmarks from companies in the same sector.

This is essential for obtaining realistic performance comparisons.

Default Language

Defines the primary language used in your sequences when multiple languages are not available.

Examples: English, French, Spanish

Active Languages

Allows you to enable all languages available for your sequences and communications.

Respondents will automatically receive the survey in their preferred language when it is activated.

Brand Color

You can set a custom color (using a HEX code) to reflect your company’s branding.

This color will be used in your sequences to enhance the respondent’s visual experience.

Sending Strategy

Determines how your sequences will be sent automatically by default when a client has both a phone number and an email address.

Available options:

  • Send by Email only

  • Send by SMS only

  • Send by Email and SMS

InputKit Recommendation:

Sending by SMS generally results in a higher response rate.

Test Mode

Allows you to enable or disable test mode.

When active, all sends will be delivered in test mode, allowing you to run tests without contacting real clients.

Default Reporting Period (days)

Defines the default period used as a filter in your dashboard and reports (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).

You may enter a higher value if you want to display all data since your account was created.
