How can I track my customer satisfaction from my physical location, without collecting my customers’ email address or phone number?

If you want to measure your customer satisfaction directly in your establishment without asking for their contact information, using QR codes is the simplest and most effective method.

By displaying a QR code in your business, your customers can scan it with their phone and instantly access your InputKit survey. They can share their feedback on the spot, in just a few seconds.

You can display your QR codes in strategic locations, such as:

  • Near the checkout

  • At the front desk

  • On your printed invoices

  • In waiting areas

  • On signage inside your establishment


Step 1 – Get the QR code of a sequence

Access the Sequences menu

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Feedback

  2. Click Sequences

Select the desired sequence

  1. Select the sequence for which you want to generate a QR code

  2. Click the Sending Methods tab

  3. Click Link and QR code

You will see:

  • The link

  • The QR code

  • The customization options


Step 2 – Customize the hyperlink before downloading

Before downloading or copying the QR code, you can customize the hyperlink to match your organization.

You can associate:

  • A specific location

  • A department

  • An employee

  • A service

  • The survey language

To do this, simply enable the desired options.

Important: As soon as you apply customization, the hyperlink and QR code will automatically change. Make sure to finalize your adjustments before copying or downloading the QR code.


Step 3 – Download or copy the QR code

Once customization is complete:

  • Click Download to get the QR code image

  • Or copy the generated hyperlink

You can then print it or display it in your establishment.

  1. They access the survey introduction page

  2. They can answer the questions immediately

  3. Their feedback is recorded in InputKit
