Step 1 – Get the QR code of a sequence
Access the Sequences menu
In the left-hand menu, click Feedback
Click Sequences
Select the desired sequence
Select the sequence for which you want to generate a QR code
Click the Sending Methods tab
Click Link and QR code
You will see:

The QR code
The customization options
Step 2 – Customize the hyperlink before downloading
Before downloading or copying the QR code, you can customize the hyperlink to match your organization.
You can associate:
A specific location
A department
An employee
A service
The survey language
To do this, simply enable the desired options.
Important: As soon as you apply customization, the hyperlink and QR code will automatically change. Make sure to finalize your adjustments before copying or downloading the QR code.
Step 3 – Download or copy the QR code
Once customization is complete:
Click Download to get the QR code image
Or copy the generated hyperlink
