How to use a sequence hyperlink to allow clients to submit feedback themselves

The sequence hyperlink allows your clients to start a satisfaction survey on their own, without requiring you to send it manually or automatically. This method is especially useful if you want to make your survey accessible at all times, for example in your invoices, on your website, or on printed materials.

Many businesses use this feature to collect more reviews by adding the link:

  • In their invoices

  • On their website

  • In their email signature

  • On printed business cards

  • Or on a dedicated “Leave us a review” page

When a client clicks the link, they are taken to an introduction page where they can enter their email address (or phone number, depending on your configuration) and start the sequence. This allows them to submit their feedback at their convenience.


Access the sequence hyperlink

Here is how to find and configure the hyperlink:

  1. In the left menu, click Feedback

  2. Click Sequences

  3. Select the desired sequence

  4. Click the Sending methods tab

  5. Click Link and QR code

You will then see the hyperlink that you can share with your clients.


Add query parameters to segment results

You can add parameters to the link to automatically classify responses into the correct segments. This helps you analyze your results more efficiently.

Available parameters include:

  • Location

  • Employee

  • Organization name

  • Language

  • Departments

  • Services

You can also choose the contact type:

  • Email

  • Phone

These parameters are especially useful if you use the same link in multiple places or for different teams. You can also make your clients see them by checking "Show field on public form"


Customize the introduction page

You can modify the introduction page that clients see before starting the survey.

In this section, you can:

  • Edit the introduction text

  • Add an image

  • Customize the message to match your brand

This provides a more professional and consistent experience for your clients.
