This feature lets you generate a reply to a customer directly in the conversation thread, based on the content of their response. It can help save time when handling multiple responses.
How it works
From the left menu, click “Feedback”, then open the “Responses” tab.
Find the response linked to the sequence you want to reply to, then click it to open the details.
In the conversation thread, click “Generate AI Reply”.
A message will automatically appear in the reply box. The content may vary based on the customer’s responses and the detected satisfaction.
