How to add a note to a Google review

Written by Guillaume

Adding a note to a Google review allows you to keep internal context about a review directly in InputKit. These notes are not public and can be useful for follow-up and team coordination.

Access Google reviews

  1. From the left menu, click “Reviews”.

  2. Click “Google”.

You will then see your list of Google reviews.

Add a note to a review

  1. Find the review you want to add a note to.

  2. Click “Add a Note”.

  3. Write your internal note.

  4. Click “Save”.

Why add a note

An internal note can help you:

  • keep context about a situation (for example, follow-up in progress or next steps)

  • ensure smooth handoff between teammates

  • document a decision or information related to a reply

  • handle reviews more efficiently when multiple people manage replies

Note: Notes are internal and are not visible to customers.
