How to analyze Google review acquisition

The “Reviews” report allows you to analyze the evolution and acquisition of Google reviews over a given period. It helps you track overall performance, trends, and results by location.

Access the “Reviews” report

  1. Click “Reports” in the left menu.

  2. Click “Reviews”.

Indicators available in the report

In this report, you can view:

  • The total number of Google reviews

  • The positive review trend as a percentage

  • The average number of Google reviews over the selected period

  • The review multiplier showing how many more reviews you received with InputKit over the selected period

Filter the period and choose the breakdown

You can filter results based on the desired period.

You can also choose a breakdown:

Weekly breakdown

The “Weekly” mode allows you to see:

  • The average number of Google reviews per week

  • The multiplier, meaning how many more reviews per week you received with InputKit

Monthly breakdown

The “Monthly” mode allows you to see:

  • The average number of Google reviews per month

  • The multiplier, meaning how many more reviews per month you received with InputKit

View trends and results by location

By scrolling down, you will see:

  • A chart showing the total number of positive and negative reviews for the selected period

  • Trends for each location
