This article explains how to manage online reviews in InputKit. You can centralize your Google reviews, filter them, and reply directly from the platform.
Accessing review management
You can access your Google reviews in two ways:
From the dashboard, in the quick actions panel, by clicking “Check Reviews”.
From the left menu, by clicking “Reviews”.
You will then be in the “Online Reviews” section, where you can find all your online reviews (Google reviews and other connected platforms).
Why reply to all reviews (positive and negative)?
Replying to reviews matters because:
You show you are listening: a customer who takes the time to leave a review expects to be acknowledged.
You build trust: professional replies reassure future customers who read your reviews.
You reinforce positive reviews: thanking a satisfied customer supports retention and can encourage more reviews.
You manage negative reviews thoughtfully: a calm and empathetic reply can reduce impact and help address the situation.
It is best to manage reviews as soon as possible, but it is also acceptable to handle them weekly. People do not usually expect an immediate reply to a positive review, unlike a highly dissatisfied customer raising a specific issue. The most important part is staying consistent to avoid building up too many reviews at once.
Using filters and display options
In “Online Reviews”, you can:
Filter by location if you have multiple locations
Search for a review by keyword
Show only unanswered reviews using the relevant filter
Access AI reply settings to configure the tone and style of automatic replies
These tools help you organize follow-up and prioritize which reviews to handle first.
Replying to reviews (manually or with AI)
For each review, you have two options:
Reply manually
Write your reply directly in the text box under the review.
Generate an AI reply
Click the button to generate an AI reply for a specific review, or
Use the option to generate replies for all unanswered reviews, if available.
Once the reply is written (or generated and adjusted if needed), click “Publish Reply” to send it and post it on Google.
Add context to improve AI replies
It is very important to add strong context to get the most relevant AI replies possible. The more precise the context is, the more the generated replies can accurately reflect your business, your services, and your way of responding.
