Step 1: Locate the Share Button
Open the specific client response or feedback you wish to forward.
Look for the share icon in the top right corner of the response window.
Click the icon to open the sharing options.
Step 2: Choose Your Sharing Method
You can choose from three convenient methods to share the feedback right where your team already collaborates:
📧 By Email: Enter your colleague's email address to send a summary of the response directly to their inbox.
💬 Via Microsoft Teams: Send the response straight to a specific Teams channel or a private chat.
🚀 Via Slack: Instantly push the customer feedback into the Slack channel of your choice or via direct message.
💡 Pro Tip: You can add a short, personalized note before sending to provide quick context for your team (e.g., “Kudos to the team for this amazing review!”).
