Automatic positive feedback sharing allows you to send employees the positive feedback addressed to them. This feature helps recognize their work and makes it easier to share customer appreciation with the right people.
Recognition is often a major source of motivation for employees. It is rewarding to know that your work has had a positive impact, but this appreciation is not always shared with the people concerned. With this feature, your employees can automatically receive the positive feedback that relates to them.
What is automatic positive feedback sharing used for?
This option allows you to automatically send employees the positive feedback related to their work.
It can be used to:
recognize good work
motivate employees
share positive feedback more quickly
help teams see the impact of their work
Enable automatic sharing for all employees
To enable this feature by default:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Settings”.
Go to the employee management settings.
Click “More actions”.
Click “Automatic feedback sharing”.
Enable automatic feedback sharing.
Under the feedback to share, select “Positive only”.
Configure the other options you want.
Save your changes.
Once the option is enabled, the relevant positive feedback will be automatically shared with employees based on the selected configuration.
Enable automatic sharing for a specific employee
You can also enable this feature for specific employees.
To do this:
Go to the employee management settings.
Search for the employee.
Click “Edit”.
Check the automatic feedback sharing option.
Select the feedback to share.
Choose “Positive only”.
Configure the other options you want.
Save your changes.
Repeat these steps for each employee you want to automatically share positive feedback with.
Will only positive feedback be sent?
Yes. If you select “Positive only”, only positive feedback will be automatically shared with the employees concerned.
Can I apply this option only to certain employees?
Yes. You can enable automatic sharing for all employees by default or configure it individually for specific employees only.
