What you can do with the InputKit connector
Analyze your account health
Claude can provide an overview of your InputKit account performance, including:
sending activity;
platform logins;
survey response rate;
Google reviews;
ROI;
features included in your plan.
Example use case:
"Analyze the health of my InputKit account and tell me what I should improve first."
This can be useful for quickly getting a general overview of how your account is performing.
Set your company sector
Claude can set the industry sector associated with your company in InputKit.
If no sequences have been created yet, survey templates associated with that sector can also be added automatically.
Example use case:
"Set my company sector to dental."
Invite a user
Claude can invite a new team member to InputKit.
You can specify:
their email address;
their role;
their name;
their language;
which locations they should have access to.
Example use case:
I"nvite Marie to InputKit as a user and give her access only to the Montreal location."
Your InputKit plan limits and user permissions still apply.
Add or update a customer
Claude can create a new customer in InputKit or update an existing customer using their email address or phone number.
You can add information such as:
name;
email address;
phone number;
language;
location;
organization.
Example use case:
"Add Jean Tremblay as a customer with this email address and phone number."
If the customer already exists, their information can be updated instead of creating a duplicate profile.
Send a sequence to a customer
Claude can trigger an InputKit sequence for a customer.
The sending can be done by:
email;
SMS;
both;
your sending strategy configured in InputKit.
Example use case:
"Send the customer satisfaction survey to Jean Tremblay for the Montreal location."
Good to know: WhatsApp sendings are not currently supported through the Claude connector. Sendings are also performed one customer at a time.
View your Google reviews
Claude can view your Google reviews through InputKit.
You can ask it to:
view reviews for a specific location;
search for a customer or keyword in your reviews;
show only reviews that have not yet received a reply.
Example use cases:
"Show me the Google reviews we have not replied to yet."
or
"Find reviews that mention wait times."
This can help you analyze your reviews quickly without going through them one by one.
Reply to a Google review
Claude can also publish a reply directly to a Google review through InputKit.
You can ask Claude to draft a reply, review it with you, and then publish it.
Example use case:
"Write a professional reply to this Google review and publish it."
This can be especially useful when handling several reviews in the same conversation with Claude.
Some limitations to keep in mind
Certain actions are not currently available through the connector.
Claude cannot currently:
automatically list all your sequences, locations, sectors, or customers;
perform a mass sending;
send a sequence through WhatsApp;
delete a customer;
edit your surveys or sequences;
edit or delete a reply that has already been published on a Google review.
For certain actions, Claude may also need information from your InputKit account, such as a sequence ID or location ID.
Examples of what you can ask Claude
Once InputKit is connected, you could ask:
“Analyze my InputKit account and tell me what I should improve first.”
“Show me the Google reviews without a reply.”
“Reply to this Google review in a professional and friendly tone.”
“Add this customer to InputKit.”
“Send a customer satisfaction survey to this customer.”
“Invite this new employee and give them access to the Quebec City location.”
The connector lets you use Claude as an additional interface to access your InputKit data and perform certain actions directly from your conversations.
