How to evaluate employees with InputKit

Discover how you can evaluate your employees using concrete feedback and accurate performance metrics!

The questionnaires you send to your customers allow you to collect valuable insights on your employees’ performance. Here’s how to evaluate employees effectively with InputKit.

Employee Report

The Employee Report gives you an overview of your employees’ performance within the InputKit platform.

Accessing the Employee Report

To access the report, click “Reports” in the left-hand menu, then select “Employee Report.”

In this report, you’ll see the overall performance of your employees based on:

  • The metrics associated with their position

  • The key indicators, such as customer satisfaction or NPS

  • The average scores by employee type or department

You can also use filters to sort your results by:

  • Date

  • Location (Office)

  • Employee Type (Department)

  • Employee Name

Individual Employee Report

To view an individual employee report, simply click on the employee’s name in the Employee Report.

You’ll then see:

  • The employee’s impact on key performance indicators (e.g., Customer Satisfaction, Net Promoter Score)

  • Their influence on the metrics associated with their position

AI Performance Analysis

Within the individual report, you can generate an AI performance analysis for the employee.

This feature provides an automated summary highlighting the employee’s strengths, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.

Customer comments

By scrolling below the AI performance analysis, you can view all customer comments related to this employee. Whether the comments were left as part of evaluating their skills or the employee’s name is mentioned in an open-ended question, they will appear in this section.
