Accessing Your Reviews
You can access your reviews in two ways:
From the Dashboard: Click Check Reviews in the Quick Actions menu.
From the left-hand menu: Select Reviews to open the full review management section.
Once you’re in the Online Reviews section, you can:
View all your recent reviews.
Filter reviews by locations (if you have multiple offices).
Search for a specific review using the search bar.
Display only Unreplied reviews using the available filter.
Generating AI Replies
InputKit allows you to save time by generating personalized responses automatically:
Click Generate Unreplied AI Responses to quickly create replies for all unreplied reviews.
Or, if you prefer to respond one by one, click Generate AI Reply under the specific review.
Once your reply is generated, you can edit it as needed, then click Post Reply to publish it.
Editing a Reply
If you wish to change a previously published response, click Cancel to stop editing or simply update your message before reposting.
