The InputKit dashboard gives you a quick overview of your business performance, including customer satisfaction, response rate, Google reviews, and key indicators. It is designed to show you the most relevant information as soon as you sign in.
How to customize the dashboard
To customize your dashboard, simply click the “Customize” button located to the right of your business name.
A window will open with:
Available sections on the left
Active sections on the right
To add a section, click the “+” symbol. It will automatically be added to the active sections.
To change the display order, use the arrows to reorganize the active sections based on your priorities.
Once you are done, click “Save” to apply the changes.
Time period of the displayed data
Under your business name, you will see the text “Data based on the last X days”. This period determines which data is shown on your dashboard.
