The Executive Report is one of the key sections of the InputKit dashboard. It is designed to give you a clear and quick overview of the current state of your customer experience as soon as you open the app.
To access the Executive Report on the dashboard, you must have a sufficient AI Assistant usage limit.
If your current limit does not allow this analysis to be generated, you can increase it in your billing settings.
To update your limit:
Click your name in the top-right corner.
Click “Billing”.
Scroll down to the “Add-ons” section.
Increase your AI Assistant limit based on your needs.
Note: A higher limit helps keep the analysis up to date based on your feedback volume.
What the Executive Report is for
The Executive Report automatically analyzes your recent data and turns it into an easy-to-understand summary. It helps you:
Quickly understand how your satisfaction and NPS scores are evolving
Identify whether there are dissatisfied customers requiring quick action
Highlight the strengths and weaknesses that stand out from customer comments and online reviews
Prioritize your actions without having to analyze every report in detail
It is a decision-support tool that helps you know, in just a few seconds, where to focus your attention.
Why you should review it regularly
The Executive Report is particularly useful for:
Quickly detecting positive or negative trends
Avoiding missing important issues
Tracking the impact of corrective actions already put in place
Keeping a strategic view even when time is limited
It acts as an intelligent summary of your overall performance without requiring in-depth analysis.
Best practices
We suggest placing the Executive Report among the first sections of your dashboard. This lets you take about fifteen seconds to review it each time you open the app and stay aligned with the real state of your customer experience.
