The Sendings Report lets you analyze the performance of your surveys sent by email and SMS in detail. It helps you understand how customers interact with your sendings, from delivery to survey completion and leaving a Google review.
Access the Sendings Report
To access it, click “Reports” in the left menu, then select the “Sendings Report” tab.
What you can analyze in this report
The Sendings Report allows you to clearly see:
The total number of surveys sent (email and SMS combined).
The delivery rate, showing how many surveys were successfully delivered.
The number of clicks, indicating how many customers opened the survey.
The number of completed questionnaires.
The number of customers who left a Google review after completing the survey.
The Sendings Waterfall
The Sendings Waterfall shows the average progression of your sendings, as a percentage:
surveys sent → delivered → opened → clicked → completed
This view helps you quickly identify where customers drop off and adjust your communications accordingly.
Using filters
You can use filters to analyze your results:
For a specific time period
For a specific location
For a specific sequence
Response time analysis
The report also shows the days of the week and times of day when customers respond most often. This data helps you adjust your sending strategy and improve response rates.
