If you have a question about using InputKit or you are running into an issue, you can contact the support team directly from the platform. This article explains the two available options: the in-app chat and the support email address.
Contact support via the in-app chat
The chat is available from the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the platform.
Steps
Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.
Click the “Messages” tab.
Click “Ask a question”.
Write your request and send it in the conversation.
You will receive a reply in the same conversation thread.
Note: if you want to speak with a human, you can mention it in your message.
Contact support by email
For more complex requests, or if you prefer email, you can write to [email protected].
Tip: to speed up processing, include as much context as possible (for example, what you were trying to do, where you were in the platform, and any error message if applicable).
