If you need different questions or a different configuration for another location, the simplest method is to duplicate the sequence you currently use and edit the new version as needed.
We recommend renaming your sequences based on the location that will use them to avoid confusion when sending. For example: “#1 - Satisfaction follow-up Montreal” and “#2 - Satisfaction follow-up Quebec”.
Duplicate a sequence
Click “Feedback” in the left menu.
Select the “Sequences” tab.
Find the sequence you want to use as a base.
Click the duplicate icon to duplicate the sequence.
Rename a sequence
In the “Sequences” tab, select the sequence.
Click the sequence title.
Type your new title.
Save your changes.
