The sequence report lets you analyze an entire sequence and view responses to each question in one place. This is useful to quickly understand survey results and compare performance across different segments.
Access a sequence report
Click “Reports” in the left menu.
Click “Sequences”.
Select the sequence you want to analyze.
Filter results
Once the sequence is open, you can filter the data:
By time period
By location
By employee
By departments
These filters help you get a more specific view based on what you want to analyze.
Review the results summary
In the report, you can see:
Number of respondents
Satisfaction level
Average NPS
View responses by question
By scrolling down, you will see each question in the sequence with the number of responses displayed as charts.
For open-ended questions, you can also review all related text comments.
Compare results across locations
You can use the “Compare” feature to compare responses and results across each of your locations.
