The location report lets you analyze the performance of a specific location in detail, including satisfaction indicators and Google reviews.
How to access it
Click “Reports” in the left menu.
Select the “Location Reports” tab.
You will see the list of all your locations.
Use the search bar if you have many locations and want to find one quickly.
Select the period you want to analyze using the date range filter.
Information available for each location
Once you select a location, you can view several key indicators:
CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score): The average satisfaction score based on customer responses.
NPS (Net Promoter Score): The recommendation score based on the NPS framework.
Google Reviews: The number of Google reviews associated with that location and the change in rating.
Response Rate: The percentage of customers who completed the sequences sent for that location.
These indicators help you evaluate overall performance over a given period, identify trends, and spot opportunities for improvement.
