Sometimes a bulk send is scheduled at the wrong time and needs to be updated. You can reschedule it directly from the scheduled queue.
Access scheduled sends
In the left menu, click “Feedback”.
Click the “Sendings” tab.
Find the “Scheduled Queue” section.
In this section, you will see your scheduled bulk sendings.
Change the time of a scheduled send
In the “Scheduled Queue”, find the send you want to update.
Click “Reschedule”.
Change the time of the scheduled send.
Click “Reschedule” again to save the change.
Note: This lets you keep the scheduled send while updating its time.
