How to delete a customer’s responses

If you want to remove a response so it no longer appears in the “Responses” menu, you need to delete the send linked to that response.

Why deleting the send works

Responses shown in “Responses” come from sendings. By deleting the send, the linked response will no longer be visible in the list.

Delete the send linked to the response

  1. Click “Feedback” in the left menu.

  2. Click “Sendings”.

  3. Find the send linked to the response you want to remove.

  4. Click the trash icon.

  5. Confirm the deletion.

Attention: Once the send is deleted, it will no longer be available in “Sendings” and the linked response will no longer be visible in “Responses”.
