How to add custom fields in the Hyperlink step

Adding custom fields in the Hyperlink step allows you to collect additional information when your clients respond to a sequence using a link or QR code. These fields can be used to identify specific details such as a file number, client type, or any other information relevant to your organization.


Access the hyperlink settings

To add custom fields, follow these steps:

  1. In the left menu, click Feedback

  2. Click Sequences

  3. Select the desired sequence

  4. Click the Sending methods tab

  5. Click Link and QR code

You will now access the hyperlink configuration page.


Add custom fields

Once in the Link and QR code section:

  1. Scroll down the page

  2. You will see the list of your custom fields

  3. Enable the field(s) you want to add by checking the corresponding option

  4. The enabled fields will automatically appear in the preview on the right

This preview allows you to see exactly what your clients will see when they open the link.


Why use custom fields

Custom fields allow you to:

  • Collect organization-specific information

  • Better organize and analyze your responses

  • Associate responses with a file, client, or transaction

  • Adapt your follow-up based on the collected information
