It is not possible to directly edit a response in a survey that has already been completed. If an error appears in a customer’s responses, the solution is to delete the send and then resend a new survey to the customer after making the necessary adjustments.
Delete a response in InputKit
1. Access “Sendings”
Note: The “Sendings” section contains the list of sends, which are linked to the responses you receive.
2. Find the related send
Locate the send linked to the survey you want to remove.
Make sure you identify the correct send before deleting it.
3. Delete the send
Once the send is deleted, you can resend a corrected survey to the customer so they can complete it again.

Permissions
In some cases, deleting or managing sendings may require administrator or company manager permissions.
Impact on statistics
Deleting a send and its linked response impacts your statistics (for example, your average NPS). Keep this in mind before deleting.
