After connecting InputKit to Facebook, you can view your Facebook reviews directly from InputKit.

Access Facebook reviews
From the left menu, click “Reviews”.
Click “Facebook”.
You will then see the list of your Facebook reviews.
View and analyze your reviews
In this section, you can:
View your reviews, whether positive or negative
Search for a specific review
See your “Recommendation Rate” as a percentage
The “Recommendation Rate” is calculated based on the number of reviews that recommend or do not recommend your business.
Reply to and react to a Facebook review
To reply to or react to a Facebook review:
Find the review you want.
Click “View on Facebook” next to the review.
A window will open in Facebook and allow you to react to and reply to the review.
