A sequence hyperlink allows your clients to answer your questionnaire using a link or a QR code. You can disable or modify it at any time based on your needs.
Access the Hyperlink Settings
To edit or disable the hyperlink:
In the left menu, click Feedback
Click Sequences
Select the desired sequence
Click the Sending Methods tab
Click Link and QR Code
You will now access the link settings.
Disable the Hyperlink
To disable access to the sequence via link or QR code:
In the Link and QR Code section
Uncheck the option Enable participation via link and QR code
Once disabled, clients will no longer be able to access the sequence through that link or its associated QR codes.
Edit the Hyperlink
To edit the hyperlink:
Make the desired changes (parameters, fields, language, etc.)
The link will automatically update
Click Copy link
It is important to replace the old link everywhere it is currently used, for example:
On your website
In your invoices
In your emails
On printed cards
On posters or printed materials
Important — Replace Existing QR Codes
If you have already displayed QR codes in your business, you will need to replace them with the new ones, as they are directly connected to the old hyperlink.
